Our annual Year 6 Open Evening will take place on Wednesday 1st October 2025.

The event is designed for families with children approaching secondary school age and offers an opportunity to explore everything the school has to offer.

During the evening, visitors will be able to:

• Learn more about the school’s curriculum and wider life at Tapton

• Meet teaching staff and current students

• Attend a welcome talk 

• Take part in a range of engaging activities

• Ask questions and gather information about the transition to secondary school

We are really looking forward to welcoming families to our Year 6 Open Evening.  It’s a chance to experience first-hand the vibrant learning environment at Tapton and to get a real sense of what life is like here.
