INOVA Multi Academy Trust School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) Programme 

We are delighted to have launched, in partnership with Teach First the INOVA Multi Academy Trust School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme.  

Our one-year programme involves a powerful mix of self-directed, live training and one-to-one support, with trainees gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) upon completion. 

We hope that the programme will inspire the next generation of teachers for both INOVA Multi Academy Trust and the wider sector. 

We have 15 places for a September 2025 start, in both primary and secondary phases, with a range of subjects on offer.  If you know anyone – in the workplace, at home or in your wider community, that may be interested in training to teach then please visit the Trust website for further information:
