Student Support

Your mental health and wellbeing is important to us, and fundamental to the Tapton philosophy and ethos of valuing everyone, caring for each other and achieving excellence.
  • Mental Health and Wellbeing assemblies take place throughout your first term, offering advice on diet, exercise, sleep and stress
  • Sixth Form student voice informs us of potential pressure points throughout Year 12 and 13, enabling us to offer encouragement, guidance and support, and allowing you to manage your time through busy periods
  • Our Learning Platform offers advice on dealing with pressure, as well as a range of exercise and relaxation techniques
