Welcome
Tapton is a values led 11-18 school with around 1,770 students, including a Sixth Form of around 500. Our ethos of Valuing Everyone, Caring for Each Other and Achieving Excellence, underpins everything that happens in our school.
We are part of INOVA Multi Academy Trust, which is a Sheffield, cross-phase multi-academy trust currently consisting of nine schools.

European Day of Languages 2025 To celebrate, our MFL Department is hosting TWO exciting competitions! Y7 Poster Competition – Show off your creativity and language skills! KS3 Baking Competition – On Thursday 25th September, bring along something sweet or savoury inspired by a European country, culture, language or flag Think Spanish magdalenas, German Stollen, French-inspired cakes, or even biscuits decorated with languages!
